У меня уже почти 2 недели как стабильно работает, после того как откатил драва. Я написал в тех. поддержку нвидиа. Мне написали:

Possible Causes : Driver are not registering properly with the OS / Installation trouble.
Steps we can try to isolate and troubleshoot the issue : Update the latest graphics driver in safe mode by performing a clean installation.
Driver C Folder deletion :
1. Download the driver and save the file to the computer to a desired location like the Desktop for easy access : перейти по ссылке
2. Restart the computer into the safe mode
3. Delete the 'Display Driver' folder under "C:\NVIDIA"
4. Delete all the sub-folders in the NVIDIA Corporation folder under "C:\Program Files"
5. Delete all the sub-folders in the NVIDIA Corporation folder under "C:\Program Files (x86)"
6. Without restarting the computer perform a clean installation of the driver
7. While installing the suggested driver, please choose custom advance option and perform the clean driver installation.
8. After the successful installation You must reboot your computer for the changes to take effect.
If issue persists, then to analyse the issue further and to assist you, please update me with the following details :
1. What is the installation type have you followed while installing the driver? Express or custom-clean?
2. Is this issue specific to any particular application or with all the applications?

Все это я не проделывал так как решил не замудряться с безопасным режимом, просто поставил старую версию
